报告人简介：

Mr Henry Cai completed his Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) Degree inNanyangTechnologicalUniversityin 2004. After his graduation, he started his first career with STATS ChipPAC as a Test Product Engineer. From 2008 - 2010, he joinedNanyangTechnologicalUniversityas a Project Officer. During this period, his main research project was microelectronics failure analysis. He specialized in material characterization using SEM, FIB and TEM. At the mean time, he pursing his part-time PhD study inNanyangTechnologicalUniversity, the topic is studying the metallic nanowires as nano-interconnect. 

At Year 2010, he joined Carl Zeiss Microscopy Business Group as an application specialist. Currently, he is the Application Manager responsible for electron microscopy support in Asia Pacific region.
